Nice place to stay in London, if compared to other hotels. My family members and I truly enjoyed being there. Central heating, an iron/ironing board, and coffee and tea making equipment inside the queen room were handy. Pleased it had a bathtub. Had comfortable location in the middle of the city.

The room had a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, and fridge. It was perfect for someone like me, a vegetarian who prefers to cook my own meals. The double room had a washing machine, which was a great convenience during my stay. I could easily clean my clothes without any hassle. I loved that the room had a toaster. It made it so easy for me to enjoy my breakfast with crispy, toasted bread every morning. The fact that the room had a stovetop was a big plus for me. I could prepare my favorite vegan dishes without any limitations. Having a tea/coffee maker in the room was such a treat. I could enjoy a hot cup of tea or coffee whenever I wanted, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room even had a tumble dryer, which was a great addition. I didn't have to worry about my clothes taking forever to dry.
Personally, I found the shared bathroom a little inconvenient. However, I understand that some guests may not mind sharing a bathroom and might find it perfectly fine.

The room was amazing! It had a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, fridge, and even a toaster. As a family with kids, it was so convenient to have all these appliances at our disposal.
The shared bathroom was a bit of a letdown. It would have been nice to have a private bathroom, especially with kids.

The room was well-equipped with a kitchenette that had a microwave, kettle, and fridge. It made it easy to prepare meals and have drinks on hand. I loved that there was a washing machine in the room. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry during my stay. The room also had a toaster and a stovetop, which allowed me to make delicious meals and have a homey experience. Having a tea/coffee maker in the room was a nice touch. It allowed me to enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the mornings. The addition of a tumble dryer was great. It made drying my clothes hassle-free and saved me time.
Personally, I didn't find the shared bathroom to be very convenient. But, others might still appreciate it.

I had a great stay at Centel - Excellent Stay In London Zone 1! The location was perfect, close to central London but in a quiet street. The room and building were clean, and the kitchen facilities were good. I also appreciated the clear instructions for using the front door security system. Additionally, the option to store our luggage at the house was very convenient.

The location was great and the facilities were generally quiet. We appreciated being able to store our luggage at the hotel. For those who rely on public transportation, the location was good as it was centrally located and close to transportation options.
There were only a limited number of showers available, which was frustrating to other guests. the cleaning instructions were confusing, and trash was left in common spaces.

Stayed in a room with a seating area and TV, well, at least the WiFi worked.
It's such a thrill to relax in a garden shared with strangers and to rent a bicycle when all I needed was a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom.
